In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:
By creating an Account, accessing the rsn8 Website, or using any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and rsn8.
If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using our Services and refrain from creating an Account. Continued use of rsn8 Services following any amendments to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
rsn8 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Material changes will be communicated via email or through a notice on the Website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
To register an Account and use rsn8 Services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:
You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of Account registration. rsn8 operates a strict age verification policy. We reserve the right to request government-issued identification documents (KTP / Indonesian National ID, passport, or driver's license) at any time to verify your age. Accounts found to be registered by individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all wagers voided, and deposits forfeited.
You must be a legal resident of Indonesia. rsn8 Services are intended exclusively for individuals physically located within Indonesian territory at the time of Account registration and gameplay. We employ geolocation technology to verify your location. Attempts to circumvent geo-blocking through VPNs, proxies, or other masking technologies constitute a material breach of these Terms and will result in Account termination.
You must possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indonesian law. You must not be legally prohibited from gambling due to court orders, self-exclusion programs, or any other legal restriction. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are not currently self-excluded from any gambling service, either domestically or internationally.
Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) Account with rsn8. Creating multiple Accounts, whether under your own name or using false identities, is strictly prohibited. Detection of duplicate Accounts will result in the closure of all associated Accounts, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action for fraud.
The following categories of persons are prohibited from using rsn8 Services: employees of rsn8 or any affiliated companies; immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) of rsn8 employees; employees of game providers, payment processors, or other business partners; individuals on any national or international sanctions list; persons residing in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly illegal.
To create an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. Required information includes but is not limited to: full legal name as it appears on your Indonesian National ID (KTP); valid email address; mobile phone number registered in Indonesia; date of birth; residential address within Indonesia; preferred username and secure password.
You must verify your email address by clicking the confirmation link sent to your registered email within 48 hours of registration. Failure to verify your email may result in Account suspension and inability to withdraw funds.
rsn8 operates under strict Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. Before processing your first withdrawal, we require verification of your identity through submission of the following documents:
Documents are typically verified within 24 hours during business hours (Monday-Sunday, 08:00-22:00 WIB). rsn8 reserves the right to request additional documentation or information at any time to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login details with any third party. You must notify rsn8 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other security breach.
rsn8 strongly recommends enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for enhanced Account security. We are not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized Account access if you have failed to maintain adequate security precautions.
You must promptly update your Account information if any details change, including email address, phone number, or residential address. Failure to maintain current contact information may result in missed important communications and potential Account suspension.
rsn8 accepts deposits via the following methods: Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI); Indonesian e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja); and select cryptocurrency wallets (Bitcoin, USDT) where legally permitted.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 (fifty thousand Indonesian Rupiah). There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual transactions may be subject to limits imposed by your payment provider. Deposits are typically credited to your Account within 1-3 minutes, though bank processing times may occasionally cause delays.
All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (payments from accounts not in your name) are strictly prohibited and will be rejected or refunded, minus any applicable processing fees. You must not use rsn8 as a payment intermediary or money transfer service.
rsn8 does not charge fees for deposits. However, your bank or payment provider may impose transaction fees, which are your sole responsibility.
You may request a withdrawal of your Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions: your Account must be fully verified (KYC completed); any active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied or the bonus forfeited; the minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000; withdrawals must be processed to a payment account in your own name matching your registered Account details.
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours during business hours (Monday-Sunday, 08:00-22:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside business hours will be processed on the next business day. Large withdrawal amounts (exceeding Rp 50,000,000) may require additional verification and take up to 48 hours to process.
rsn8 does not charge withdrawal fees for the first three (3) withdrawals per calendar month. Subsequent withdrawals within the same month incur a processing fee of 2% (minimum Rp 10,000, maximum Rp 50,000). Daily withdrawal limit: Rp 100,000,000 per Account. Monthly withdrawal limit: Rp 500,000,000 per Account. VIP members may be eligible for higher limits.
rsn8 operates under strict Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. All funds deposited must be wagered at least once (1x turnover) before withdrawal, unless the deposit was made in error. This policy prevents the use of our platform for money laundering purposes. rsn8 reserves the right to investigate suspicious deposit or withdrawal patterns and to report any suspected illegal activity to relevant authorities.
Bonuses and promotions are offered at rsn8's sole discretion and may be subject to specific eligibility criteria, including but not limited to: minimum deposit amounts; new or existing player status; geographic location; game restrictions; time-limited availability. Unless otherwise stated, each User is eligible for one welcome bonus per household, IP address, payment account, and device.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before funds can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount, unless otherwise specified in the promotional terms. For example, a Rp 1,000,000 bonus requires Rp 30,000,000 in total wagers before conversion to withdrawable Real Money Balance.
Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified validity period (typically 30 days from bonus activation). Failure to meet requirements within this timeframe results in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
Different game types contribute differently toward wagering requirements: Slots contribute 100%; Live Casino games (Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat) contribute 10%; Sports betting contributes 100% (minimum odds 1.50); Togel (lottery) contributes 50%; Video Poker and Table Games contribute 15%.
While an active bonus is in play, the maximum bet allowed is Rp 50,000 per wager (or equivalent in other bet types). Bets exceeding this limit will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from the bonus. This rule applies across all game types, including sports betting accumulators.
rsn8 prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly; coordinated betting with other Users; using betting strategies specifically designed to exploit bonus terms (e.g., betting on opposite outcomes in sports); irregular play patterns identified by our fraud detection systems. Any User found engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses voided, winnings confiscated, and Account permanently closed without refund.
rsn8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to exclude any User from promotional eligibility at our sole discretion, particularly in cases of suspected abuse or violation of promotional terms.
All rsn8 games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealers for casino games. Sports betting odds are set by professional odds compilers and are subject to market fluctuations. rsn8 guarantees fair play but cannot guarantee wins. All game outcomes are final and binding once the round/event is completed.

All sports bets are settled based on official results announced by the governing sports bodies. In the event of match postponements, cancellations, or abandoned games, standard void rules apply (typically bets are void if the event does not take place within 48 hours of original scheduled time). For live in-play betting, a short delay (typically 3-8 seconds) is applied to prevent latency exploitation.
Each casino game has specific rules accessible via the information ("i") button within the game interface. Users are responsible for understanding game rules before playing. Malfunction voids all pays and plays—in the rare event of a technical error, rsn8 reserves the right to void affected game rounds and refund stakes.
rsn8 offers togel draws from licensed international lottery pools (Singapore, Hong Kong, Sydney, Macau). Draw schedules and results are published according to the official sources. All bet types (4D, 3D, 2D, Colok Bebas, Colok Jitu, Shio, etc.) follow standard Indonesian togel market rules. Bet cut-off times are strictly enforced—bets placed after the cut-off will apply to the next available draw.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use rsn8 Services for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit you to: download or copy content for commercial use; modify or create derivative works; reverse engineer any rsn8 software; remove copyright or proprietary notices.
rsn8 strives to maintain 24/7 Service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for Service interruptions caused by: scheduled maintenance; technical failures; third-party provider outages (payment processors, game providers, internet service providers); force majeure events (natural disasters, government actions, wars, pandemics); cyberattacks or unauthorized access attempts.
rsn8 Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by Indonesian law, we disclaim all warranties including but not limited to: implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement; guarantees of specific financial outcomes or win rates; accuracy or completeness of odds, statistics, or game information.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rsn8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits or revenue; loss of data; loss of opportunity; emotional distress; reputational harm. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of rsn8 Services shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited into your Account during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
rsn8 may provide links to third-party websites or integrate third-party content (game providers, payment processors, odds feeds). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of such third-party services. Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and that third party.
You may request Account closure at any time by contacting rsn8 customer support. Upon receipt of your closure request, we will process any pending withdrawals and close your Account within 48 hours. Any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to your registered payment method. Bonus balances and incomplete wagering requirements are forfeited upon closure.
rsn8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account immediately and without prior notice if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, including but not limited to: providing false or misleading registration information; being underage (under 21); creating multiple Accounts; engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities; exploiting software errors or bonus terms; colluding with other Users; attempting to hack or compromise our systems.
Upon Account termination for Terms violations, rsn8 may: void all pending bets; confiscate all balances (both Real Money and Bonus); refuse to process any pending withdrawal requests; report suspected criminal activity to relevant authorities; pursue legal action for damages. In cases of Account closure due to self-exclusion or responsible gaming concerns, your Real Money Balance will be returned after deduction of any applicable fees.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which rsn8 is licensed to operate. To the extent permissible under Indonesian law, Users agree that disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in rsn8's licensing jurisdiction.
In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of rsn8 Services, you agree to first attempt resolution through our internal complaints procedure. Contact our customer support team with a detailed description of your complaint. We will investigate and respond within 7 business days. If the dispute cannot be resolved internally, you may escalate the matter to an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) service or relevant gaming authority.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific promotional terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and rsn8 and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations regarding your use of our Services.
